Project Engagement
- All projects begin only after scope confirmation and acceptance of a proposal.
- Timelines and deliverables depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.
- Any changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.
Communication
Primary communication is handled via WhatsApp and email. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback to ensure smooth project progress. Delays in feedback or approvals may affect timelines.
Payments
- Payments are typically split into advance and final milestones unless otherwise agreed.
- Work begins only after receipt of the advance payment.
- Final deliverables are shared after full payment is completed.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Revisions & Feedback
- Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the proposal.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
- Feedback should be consolidated and shared clearly to avoid delays.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables.
- Reonix Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
- Drafts, concepts, or unused designs remain the property of Reonix Agency.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide required materials and feedback on time
- Ensure they have rights to any content they supply
- Use deliverables responsibly and legally
Reonix Agency is not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or platforms.
Third-Party Services
We may recommend or work with third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs, tools). Reonix Agency is not responsible for third-party performance, downtime, or changes.
Limitation of Liability
Reonix Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific business results, such as increased revenue or traffic.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payment for work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
